Terms of Service

The service

Diamond Coach Pro+ is a tool for youth baseball and softball coaches to plan practices, manage rosters, track player development, and log games. We provide the service on an as-is basis and do our best to keep it running and improving.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• You are responsible for anything done from your account. Keep your password safe.
• You can export or delete your account any time from the app (More → Account → Data & privacy) or by emailing support@diamondcoachpro.app.

Your content

Team names, player data, practice plans, ratings, and notes you enter are yours. We store them to deliver the service to you. We don't claim ownership. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and back up that content solely to operate the app.

You represent that you have the right to enter any player's information into the app — typically that means getting parent or guardian consent for minors on your team.

Subscriptions

• Premium subscriptions are sold through Apple App Store or Google Play and billed under their terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancel in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) subscription settings; the support page has step-by-step instructions. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.
• If a subscription ends, records you created remain readable, exportable and correctable; creating new premium work requires an active subscription.
• We may change pricing for future renewals with at least 30 days' notice through the app or email.

Acceptable use

Don't do these things with the app:

• Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes others' rights.
• Try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Use the app to harass players, parents, or other coaches.
• Resell access or share accounts across leagues (contact us about league plans instead).

Drill library

Drills, instructions, and coaching points in the library are provided for guidance. Always supervise practice and apply common-sense safety. We are not liable for injuries that occur during drills.

Pitching rules and coaching decisions

Pitch-count and rest-day information is provided to help you keep records. Rule profiles show their source and effective date, and the app reports "unknown" when it lacks a verified rule or complete history. You remain responsible for following your league's official rules and for every coaching decision.

AI features

AI-assisted planning and PDF import produce suggestions that you review before saving. They can be wrong. Where AI is unavailable the app uses its automatic planner and says so.

Videos

Drill videos stream from YouTube and are subject to YouTube's own terms of service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will always be available, accurate, or free of bugs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 — whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

If we change terms materially, we'll notify active users through the app. Minor clarifications update the "last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Diamond Coach Pro+ is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
