How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Diamond Coach Pro+ → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

I bought Premium on my iPhone. How do I use it on my iPad?

Sign into the app with the same email address on your iPad. Your Premium entitlement follows your account.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of purchase. Apple makes the decision, not us — but we'll advocate for you if something went wrong.

Will my data move to a new phone?

Yes. Sign in with the same email on your new phone and your team, roster, practice plans, and ratings appear.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Me tab → Delete account (bottom of the screen). One tap and every team, player, rating, practice plan, game, stat, and lineup is removed. Your subscription is separate — cancel that in the App Store if you have one active.

Does the app work offline?

Partially. Drill library and saved practice plans are cached. Creating new plans or editing stats needs a connection so your data syncs to the server.

What youth leagues is this for?

7U through high school varsity. Baseball and softball. Recommendations tune by age group and sport.

I'm a league director — can we use this for all our teams?

Yes. Email support@diamondcoachpro.app with subject "League plans" and tell us how many coaches you have. We'll set you up.
