Privacy Policy

TL;DR

• We collect what you give us (account email, team and player info, practice plans).
• We do not sell your data. Full stop.
• We do not run ads. There is no ad tracking.
• We use a small number of trusted vendors (listed below) to host and deliver the service.

What we collect

• Account info. Email, coach name, avatar photo if you upload one, coaching level and sport preference.
• Team and player records. Team name, age group, player names, jersey numbers, skill ratings, stats from games you log. Player names are entered by you — coaches should get parent consent before entering minors' information.
• Content you create. Practice plans, bookmarks, lineups, notes.
• Device info needed to deliver the service. Device type, OS version, app version. No device identifier is sold or shared.
• Purchase receipts. If you subscribe to Premium, Apple provides us a receipt we validate via RevenueCat to confirm your entitlement. We never see your payment card.
• Push token. If you enable notifications, a device token is stored so we can send practice reminders.

What we don't collect

• Location.
• Contacts.
• Photos or camera roll contents beyond the single avatar you explicitly select.
• Biometrics or health data.
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA).

How we use it

• To operate the app — show your team, generate practice plans, log games.
• To send practice reminders you opted into.
• To support you when you email us.
• To improve the product in aggregate (number of active teams, popular drills) — never in a way that identifies you.

Who we share it with

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Your data lives on their servers under our contract. Supabase privacy policy.
• RevenueCat — validates Apple / Google subscription receipts. RevenueCat privacy policy.
• Apple / Google — they process your subscription payment and deliver push notifications. Governed by their terms.
• YouTube — drill videos embed directly from YouTube. YouTube may set cookies when you play a video. Google privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

Children and minors

Diamond Coach Pro+ is for coaches — generally adults over 18. Coaches enter player names and data. We do not knowingly collect data directly from minors. If you are a coach, you are responsible for obtaining any required consent from parents or guardians before entering a minor's information. If a parent believes a child's information was entered without consent, email support@diamondcoachpro.app and we will remove it promptly.

Your rights

• Access. Email us to request a copy of the data tied to your account.
• Delete. Open the app → Me tab → Delete account at the bottom. This immediately removes your team, roster, ratings, practice plans, games, stats, lineups, and avatar. Or email support@diamondcoachpro.app and we'll delete within 30 days.
• Correct. Most data is editable in the app directly. For anything else, email us.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove it within 30 days from our live systems. Backups roll off within 90 days.

Security

All data in transit uses TLS. Supabase encrypts data at rest. Access is scoped per-user via row-level security — other coaches cannot see your team's data.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we'll notify active users through the app. Minor clarifications will update the "last updated" date above.
